The rules existing in our hotel is a key point in providing services and creating an appropriate atmosphere for our guests.  We are proud to be known as a hotel with an individual approach to each guest. We do appreciate if you respect our rules during your stay.

General rules

Check-out time is 12:00   current day local time

Check-in time is 14:00 current day local time

Follow the fire safety rules:

-smoking is allowed only in places with special signs and it is forbidden on the rest of the territory

(smoking  e-cigarettes  and hookan is  also forbidden)

-don’t use electrical heating appliances unless they are in the list of items your room is supplied with.

Don’t light candles

Check the list of items your room is supplied with and their working condition upon check in. Make sure that the items you have in your room correspond to the list.

In case of damage or loss of the hotel property, the recovery procedure is governed by Ukrainian Law. The cost of damage is charged according to the list approved by the General Manager of the hotel.

Don’t rearrange furniture in the room without hotel staff’s consent. You can damage furniture or walls.

If you want to invite visitors to your room and they are not hotel guests, they should be registered at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for your property items if the third party has been in your room.

Visitors are allowed from 8 00 to 22 00

A guest should show his room to a maid before leaving and all services provided must be paid at check out

If a guest frequently violates the rules, his or her behaviour leads to damages and disturbs other guests, the hotel has the right to refuse to provide accommodation and terminate a guest.

SPA

Working hours are from 9 00 to 23 00

Sauna and swimming pool aim to promote health. Being drunk there is not allowed

SPA zone is a public zone. Being topless there is forbidden.

There is video security to ensure the safety of our guests.
