Over the years, the OTTE team has developed rules that allow all of us to guarantee proper service and comfort. We are proud of our reputation as a hotel with an individual approach to every guest. We therefore kindly ask you to treat the information below with understanding.

- Payment is made in the national currency: hryvnia;
- Guest check-out time: 12:00 on the day of departure local time;
- Registration and check-in at the Hotel: from 14:00 on the day of arrival local time;

Staying with children
For an additional fee cats and dogs weighing up to 7 kg are welcome. Hamsters, chinchillas, guinea pigs , you are welcome here! But please do not leave your cages, or you might get lost. For a comfortable stay with your pet we provide a pet bed, a towel, food and water bowls and cleaning supplies.
When booking, please let the hotel administrator know that you are coming with a pet and tell them its type and size. Do not leave your pet alone without its owner anywhere on the hotel premises: rooms, lobby, restaurant.
For comfort and safety
Please follow fire safety rules: Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel (including e-cigarettes and hookahs). Smoking in the room and other prohibited areas entails administrative liability under Article 175-1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of Ukraine and is grounds for eviction. Do not use electric heaters that are not part of the room equipment and do not light candles. At check-in, please review the list and condition of the property in the room given to you for temporary use and make sure the list is accurate;
In case of loss of or damage to hotel property, compensation is made in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The amount of compensation is calculated according to the price list approved by the director. Please do not move furniture in the room without the administration's consent, as this may damage the furniture and walls.
If you wish to invite people who are not staying at the Hotel to your room, you must register them with the administrator. The hotel administration is not responsible for your belongings if an outsider stays in the room. Visitors are allowed on the hotel premises from 08:00 to 22:00.
When leaving the Hotel, the Guest must hand over the room to the housekeeper and pay for all services used. If a guest systematically violates the hotel rules, causing inconvenience to other guests or material damage, the hotel administration has the right to refuse check-in or evict the guest
